Thanks all...just to clear it up...I am not literally pregnant, just have a mind exploding with thoughts and ideas at the moment and I find them making their way into my dreams. Didn't intentionally set out to do a journal page to express this, it just happened.
I'll take being pregnant with thoughts over actually being pregnant anytime!!! Love newborn babies, it's just the pregnancy part that I really did not enjoy.
